How to request deletion

1. Send your request to taygamesinfo@gmail.com.
2. Use the email address that is linked to your Pocket Poker account, or clearly state that account email in your message.
3. Write that you want your Pocket Poker account deleted.

What a valid deletion request is intended to cover

A valid deletion request is intended to cover the Pocket Poker sign-in account and may include:

• account-linked profile data such as display name and account email held through the Pocket Poker account flow;
• synced Poker Academy progress and related Academy summary data;
• synced engagement and reward state, such as streak-related, quest, energy, chest, power-up, coins, gems, and similar app reward data;
• synced session-tracker data, including dates, buy-ins, payouts, finish positions, and notes entered into the app;
• synced blind timer structures and related saved tool data;
• synced settings and preference data, such as audio preferences, onboarding flags, tour completion flags, and similar account-linked app state; and
• synced leaderboard presence associated with that account, where applicable.

What may not be deleted immediately or automatically

We may retain limited information that we reasonably need for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, backup cycling, dispute handling, or safe deletion processing. This may include limited internal records and separately submitted bug reports, support messages, screenshots, or related diagnostic materials where retention is reasonably necessary.

Data stored locally on your own device is not removed remotely. To remove local device data, clear the app data on your device or uninstall the app.
